Seal in an airtight container and store the mixed egg salad in the refrigerator for 5 days.

Can you freeze Egg Salad?

It is safe to freeze classic egg salad for up to two months without risking spoilage. For best flavor and texture, consume it before the two months. You can run under cold water to thaw.

Top tip

Grating the eggs helps to distribute the egg evenly throughout the sandwich as well as finely chopped eggs to create a smoother and creamier texture.
